Kido Sports Co., Ltd. collects essential and optional information from users when they sign up for membership services, required for service provision.

  • • Information collected for identity verification during the use of membership services: ID, Password
  • • Information collected for automatic login: ID, encrypted password
  • • For users under 14 years old, information from their legal guardian is collected.
  • • Other optional information for providing quality service: Phone Number

Additionally, information may be collected automatically during the service provision process. Depending on its association with personal information, this data may or may not be considered personal information.

2) Personal information processing method

Any information you provide. When you register the ‘Login Sing Up’ page, , or otherwise, you provide your information such as your name, email address, phone number, your and country. For some pages, within the registration, you may also include additional voluntary details such as your EXOCOM headset serial number, Model name, purchase date. We may send you an e-mail to the e-mail address you submit to confirm your registration.

Some of the collected data, such as email addresses and phone numbers, are used to implement app functions (Find ID/Find Password), and emails may be sent to the email address you submitted for user authentication.

If you choose to register, you will be able to do so via email registration or via your Google account or Apple account, and, you will be requested to provide your name, phone number, your and country. You will be able to delete your account at any time by pressing the ‘delete my account’ button in the App.
